ChartMaker is designed to collect as little information as practical. Your chart data is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers.

Chart data
Values, labels, titles, and settings you enter into a chart tool remain in your browser. The chart is calculated and rendered on your device. PNG export is also created locally. We do not provide accounts or cloud storage, and we do not receive or store the contents of your charts.
Basic server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site. These can include an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic information. Retention and handling depend on the hosting provider used for the production deployment.
Optional analytics
We may enable lightweight analytics to understand page visits and broad actions such as loading an example or exporting a chart. Analytics events do not include the chart values, labels, or titles you enter. If analytics is enabled, the provider may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policy.
Advertising and third parties
Advertising is not enabled in the initial release. If ads or other third-party services are added later, this policy will be updated before those services are activated.
Your choices
You can clear tool data using the Clear Data button or by closing the page. Browser privacy controls can restrict cookies and analytics. Because ChartMaker has no user accounts, there is no profile or saved chart record to delete.
